Our nut spreads were born out of a desire to produce a better pistachio and hazelnut paste to use in our most popular gelato flavors.
Most sweet nut spreads are full of added sugar, milk powder and palm oil, while their 100% natural alternatives are super thick and grainy.
Davvero’s nut spreads are naturally vegan, velvety smooth, and contain no added oils. Simple is best, we let the quality of our ingredients speak for themselves.
Our spreads are produced in small batches of 50 or less jars. We refine our spreads for a minimum of 6 hours to achieve the smoothest, most flavorful results.

Davvero Gelato can be rented by the hour for any function whether it be a neighborhood block party, a customer-appreciation pool party or a wedding. The Art Deco style hand painted gelato cart is always decorated with seasonal flower displays with matching umbrellas.
